I’m a certified personal trainer, fitness and running coach, and someone who turned a lifelong love of movement into a career. My journey began as a young sprinter and evolved into a deep appreciation for long-distance running, strength training, and the incredible resilience of the human body.With over a decade of experience, I focus on blending endurance, strength, and recovery to create balanced, sustainable training programs. I believe in training smart — not just hard — and building habits that support long-term well-being, not burnout. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is guiding beginners. Helping someone take their first steps, grow in confidence, and discover joy in movement is why I do what I do. Whether your goal is to run your first race, build strength, or simply feel better in your body, I’m here to support you — every step of the way.
